To proceed with your exchange or return, please keep the following in mind before starting the process. All changes are possible as long as you meet the following requirements:

- The product has no signs of use. It is in perfect condition, just as we delivered it to you.

- When you carry out this process, no more than 30 calendar days should have passed since you received it at the door of your house.

- Keep in mind that you must bear the cost of shipping from your home to the btb㋡ warehouses, we will cover the shipping back to your home.

    - You can change the product by size, color, or for another product... as long as it is available and subject to inventory. If none of the above options apply to you, we will make a voucher of the same value you paid so that you can use it at any time in our store (with 3 months expiration).

    - Products on promotion and/or discount do NOT have changes or returns, it does NOT apply to size changes, another garment or voucher in the store.

    - Products purchased on the DAY WITHOUT VAT, can only be exchanged for the same product reference in a different size (color change does not apply).

    - We do not refund money, only when the product has a factory quality defect. This must be notified and evidenced within the next 3 calendar days after receiving it at the door of your house.

    • Buyer's full name.
    • Identification document.
    • Order number (you should have received it at the time of purchase confirmation of your order)
    • Phone number.
    • Photo or description of the product to be changed.
    • Reason for change.
